Introduction

Configures the WEBHOOK environment to receive updates or alerts regarding orders managed by the platform.

Messages will be sent until an httpCode=200 is returned; otherwise, 15 delivery attempts will be made.

Submissions and their returns can be checked individually in the order details via its consultation page.

This service can be active for both inbound and outbound.

Returned objects can be found in methods get/orderdetail and get/purchase respectively.

In put/triggers you can configure the methods you want to use via API. If necessary, you can also contact your CS to perform the required configurations.

If you need to perform tests, it will be necessary to request an appointment with IT through your CS so the triggers can be executed and monitored manually by our development team.

Notes: A header can be defined per call - to ensure origin - or you can restrict via our physical IP; in the latter case, you must request it from your account CS.
